We want you to love your Milla & Roxy pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items cannot show signs of wear, water damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or clearance items.
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us with your order number.
- Provide details and the reason for the return.
- Wait for approval (usually within 24–48 hours).
- Pack the item securely and include your order number.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, we issue a store credit refund to your account within 5–7 business days.
- Store credit can be used for future purchases.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will review the claim within 24 hours, provide a return label if the claim is approved, and issue a replacement or store credit.
