Here's what to expect when your Milla & Roxy order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and size, destination zip code, and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Methods
- Standard USPS (5–10 business days) — Economy option.
- Priority USPS (2–3 business days) — Faster delivery.
- Express USPS (1–2 business days) — Expedited option.
Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days before shipment, not including weekends or holidays. Tracking information is emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Contact us immediately with your tracking number.
- Provide photos of any damage.
- We will file a claim with the carrier or send a replacement.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing has begun.
